「被曝で白血病」事故後初の労災認定 福島第一原発の元作業員に

福島第一原発事故の収束作業に当たった作業員が白血病を発症したことについて、厚労省は被曝(ひばく)したことによる労災と認定して本人に通知した。

福島第一原発事故の収束作業に当たった作業員が白血病を発症したことについて、厚労省は被曝したことによる労災と認定して本人に通知した。NHKニュースなどが報じた。福島第一原発事故への対応に伴う被曝と、作業員の病気に因果関係があるとして労災が認められるのは初めて。

朝日新聞デジタルによると、労災が認められたのは北九州市在住の41歳の男性。2012年から13年にかけて、東京電力の協力企業の作業員として、3号機や4号機周辺で、構造物の建設や溶接の作業に当たり、2014年1月に急性骨髄性白血病と診断されたという。累積の被曝線量は福島第一原発で約16ミリシーベルト、定期点検工事で2012年に約3カ月間働いた九州電力玄海原発で約4ミリシーベルトだった。
