北朝鮮の4度目の核実験を行った。これまでの核実験はどんなときに実施されたのか、年表で振り返ろう。

北朝鮮が1月6日、4度目の核実験を行った。北朝鮮の国営メディアは「初の水爆実験を行った」と発表している。これまでの核実験は弾道ミサイルやロケットの発射が国際社会から反発を受けた直後に行われていた。

実際に水爆が使われたのかは確認できていないが、友好国だったはずの中国との関係が冷え込むなど、国際的な孤立を深めていたタイミングでの核実験。「水爆実験」とPRすることで瀬戸際外交に踏み切った格好だ。
