アルゼンチンの債務問題をめぐり、国際的な銀行と債務再編に応じなかった債権者（ホールドアウト）との間の協議が難航していることが１２日、関係筋の話で明らかになった。

シティ、ドイツ銀行、ＨＳＢＣ、ＪＰモルガンは前週、ホールドアウト債権者が保有するアルゼンチン債約１６億６０００万ドルを１ドル当たり４０セントで買い取ることを提案。

１１日には買い取り価格を１ドル当たり５０セントに引き上げたが、当初提案の８０セントと比べると依然として低い水準にある。

ホールドアウト債権者は、こうした提案は不十分との立場を示している。
