代々木公園封鎖でホームレスも「避難」開始【デング熱の蚊を発見】

東京都渋谷区の都立代々木公園でデング熱のウィルスを保持した蚊が発見を受け、園内を生活拠点とするホームレスの人たちにも影響を与えている。

東京都渋谷区の都立代々木公園でデング熱のウィルスを保持した蚊が発見されたことを受け、9月4日から始まった代々木公園の緊急封鎖が、園内を生活拠点とするホームレスの人たちにも影響を与えている。園内にはおよそ30人のホームレスの人たちがいると推測され、緊急封鎖直後の9月4日夕方から5日にかけ、東京都と渋谷区の担当職員は、宿泊施設への案内を実施、退避を促している。

渋谷区生活福祉課によると、現時点でホームレスの人たちにデング熱の症状は確認されていないというが、今後、感染の拡大の恐れがあることから、体調管理ができるように看護師がいる宿泊施設へと案内を行っている。人数は把握できていないが、徐々に施設へ「避難」するホームレスの人が出ているという。

ネットでは代々木公園で暮らすホームレスの人たちの安否を気遣う声が上がっていた。
