北朝鮮が警告「さらなる核実験」 国連委の決議に反発

国連総会第３委員会（人権）は１８日、北朝鮮の人権侵害を非難する決議案を賛成多数で採択した。第３委員会の北朝鮮代表は、採決を非難し、さらなる核実験を実施する可能性を警告した。

［国連 １８日 ロイター］ - 国連総会第３委員会（人権）は１８日、北朝鮮の人権侵害を非難する決議案を賛成多数で採択した。第３委員会の北朝鮮代表は、採決を非難し、さらなる核実験を実施する可能性を警告した。

決議案は、安全保障理事会に対し、人権侵害について国際刑事裁判所（ＩＣＣ）に付託することを検討するよう促している。

中国は、安保理は人権問題を討議する場ではないとの立場で、常任事理国として拒否権を行使し、ＩＣＣへの付託を阻止するとみられている。

今回の決議案は、１２月の国連総会で正式な採決にかけられる。
