任天堂とDeNAが提携　スマホゲームを共同開発へ

任天堂

任天堂にとっては、これまでアクセスできなかった幅広いユーザーに顧客層を広げることができるほか、ＤｅＮＡはモバイルゲーム事業を強化できると判断した。

両社は任天堂のゲーム専用機だけでなく、パソコンやスマートフォン、タブレットなどのデバイスに対応した基幹システムを構築する計画で、同システムを使った会員制サービスを今年秋に開始する計画だ。

株式の持ち合いは、それぞれの自己株を相手に割り当てる形で行う。これにより、任天堂はＤｅＮＡの発行済み株式総数の１０．００％（１５０８万１０００株）を保有する株主となり、ＤｅＮＡは任天堂の１．２４％（１７５万９４００株）を保有する株主になる。払込期日は４月２日。
