デスクワークの人は、椅子に腰かけたままの状態が続きます。この座りっぱなしの状態は体によくないですが、ヨガが緩和してくれます。
上の動画は、ヨガ・インストラクターのルディ・メッティア氏が、体を曲げたり捩じったりする簡単な一連の動作を紹介しています。
これをで背中や腕、脚がほんとうに気持ちよくなります。ヨガをしている間は、体が伸びていることを意識してください。ただし痛みがあればそ無理をしないでください。少し伸びを緩めるか、姿勢のとりかたを再調整する合図です。
初心者でも、この簡単な動きならできます。疲れた体をリフレッシュしましょう。
