みんながこんなふうに上手にカットするのは大変ですが、アメリカのTest Kitchenでは、簡単にアボカドの皮を向くための4ステップの紹介しています。これなら、いつも簡単なアボカドをきれいにカットできますよ。
〈切りかた〉
1.包丁でアボカドの種をとります。
2.ナイフについた種は、手で取ろうとせず、木製の大きなスプーンなどでとりましょう。
3.ふきんでアボカドをくるみ、斜めに切り目をいれます。
4.皮と実の間に、スプーンを入れて実を取り出します。
