世界3大映画祭の最高峰である第68回カンヌ国際映画祭が5月13日夜（日本時間14日未明）、フランスのカンヌで開幕した。オープニングを飾った作品は、フランスの女優エマニュエル・ベルコが監督を務めた「スタンディング・トール」。主演のカトリーヌ・ドヌーブらが会場入りした。NHKニュースなどが報じた。
