チョコレート好きの皆さん、なんと日本にはスライスチーズのように薄くて便利なチョコレートがある。
このチョコレートを作ったのは日本のお菓子メーカー「ブルボン」。スライスチョコレートが一枚一枚丁寧にフィルムに包まれている。

1枚の厚さは約2ミリで、1パックに5枚入っている。ブルボンはウェブサイトで「コク深く、くちどけなめらか」と紹介している。
日本のウェブサイト「ロケットニュース」によれば、これは日本で「生チョコレート」と呼ばれる種類のチョコレートだ。生チョコレートはリッチでクリーミーな味わいのチョコレート。ファッジ（イギリスのお菓子）ほど甘くはないが、普通のミルクチョコレートより味が濃いという。基本的には、チョコレートと生クリームを混ぜ合わせて固めたもののようだ。

この魅惑のチョコレートは、日本のスーパーもしくはブルボンのウェブサイトで購入できる。ただしオンライン購入の場合、少なくとも1ダース買わなければいけないが…。

チョコレートをシートにするなんてかなり斬新なアイデアだ。これまでデンマークにも、「ポレイショコレーゼ」という薄いチョコレートがあった（デンマーク人はこのチョコレートをパンに乗せて食べている）。しかし日本のスライス生チョコレートは、ポレイショコレーゼよりずっと柔らかい。形を自由に変えられるため、バラの形にアレンジもできる。
