そして、2015年の初めに、自身の母親ががんであることを公表しているテイラーからナオミ宛てに送られたのは次のようなメッセージだ。
「美しく勇敢なナオミ。今回のコンサートに来てもらえないのはとても残念だけれど、また必ずコンサートをします。今は良くなることに集中しましょう。あなたとあなたの家族に愛を込めて」
