「〈京の酵素浴〉は野地秩嘉さんの著書『皿の上の人生』に出ていたのを読んで興味を持ちました。高温の酵素風呂に15分ほど入るだけですけど、その効果はすごいですよ。出た後も汗が止まらないし、新陳代謝が良くなるからトイレも近い。揚げ句、数時間後には睡魔に襲われるんですけど、眠りが深く目が覚めると元気になっている。初めて行った5年前には痛めていた膝も一発で良くなりました。いまでは癖になって、月1回関西に仕事を作っては通っています。」

〈京の酵素浴〉
