スタバにつぐブームになるか――。ゆったりとコーヒーを楽しむことを主眼に置いた、アメリカのコーヒーチェーン「ブルーボトルコーヒー」が2月6日、東京・江東区の清澄白河にオープンした。施設の大部分は、コーヒー豆を焙煎する施設で占められており、店内の座席は少ない。オープンを迎え、いち早く楽しみたいと駆けつけた人で店の前が埋め尽くされている。
