【速報】自民、単独過半数確保へ(衆院選2017)

希望、立憲は野党第1党争う

第48回衆議院選挙は10月22日、午前7時から全国4万7000カ所余りの投票所で始まり、午後8時で締め切られた。直ちに開票が始まり、朝日新聞デジタルなどは、朝日新聞社がANNとの共同で実施した出口調査の推計結果として、自民党(公示前勢力284)の獲得議席は260議席を上回り、単独過半数を確保する見通しと報じた。

また、希望の党(同57)と立憲民主党(同15)はそれぞれ50議席台半ばになるとみられ、野党第1党を激しく争っているという。

衆院選は2014年12月以来で、自公の政権復帰後2回目。選挙戦は、与党に「希望の党・日本維新の会」「共産党・立憲民主党・社民党」が挑む3極対決の構図。北朝鮮情勢や憲法改正、消費税増税、森友・加計学園問題をめぐる首相の政治姿勢などが主な争点となった

安倍晋三首相(自民党総裁)は、与党による過半数(233議席)維持を勝敗ラインに掲げており、自民・公明両党の獲得議席が焦点となった。また、どの政党が野党第一党になるのかも注目されている。

小選挙区289、比例代表176の計465議席に対し、選挙区936人、比例(重複立候補者除く)244人の計1180人が立候補した。また、安倍首相が意欲を示す憲法改正の発議に必要なのは、定数(465)の3分の2にあたる310議席。

なお、総務省によると、午後6時時点の投票率は全国平均で29.99%。前回2014年12月の衆院選の同時点の同時点より4.99ポイント下回っている。
