ジャーマンウィングス機墜落で150人死亡 ブラックボックス発見

ドイツの格安航空部門、ジャーマンウィングスの旅客機が、フランスアルプスの山岳地帯に墜落し乗客乗員150人全員が死亡した。搭乗者名簿に日本人とみられる2人の名前があるという。

同社によると、墜落したのは4U・9525便で、バルセロナからデュッセルドルフに向かっていた。乗客144人、乗員6人が搭乗していた。

フランスのカズヌーブ内相は、機体のブラックボックスレコーダー1個が発見され、直ちに調べると説明した。米国家安全保障会議(NSC)のミーハン報道官は、現時点で「テロ」攻撃を受けた兆候は確認できないとの認識を示した。

同社によると、ドイツ人67人が搭乗していたとみられる。スペインのサンタマリア副首相は、乗客45人がスペイン人の可能性があると指摘した。ベルギー人1人も搭乗していた。

犠牲者には、ドイツ北西部にある高校の生徒16人、教員2人も含まれるとの情報がある。

現場上空をヘリコプターで飛んだ捜査関係者の1人はロイターの取材に、機体が散乱し、損傷を免れた翼や胴体部分は皆無だったと語った。

現場のフランス警察は、生存者はいないと説明。地形が複雑な上、悪天候が予想されるため、遺体収容まで数日間かかると話した。

フランスのバルス首相は議会で、ヘリが事故現場に着陸したが、生存者がいないことが確認されたと説明した。

事故機はA320型機。フランス国内の大型旅客機事故としては、約15年前にパリ郊外で起きたコンコルド事故以来となった。

同社によると、事故機は巡航高度に到達して1分後に降下を開始、8分間にわたって高度を下げ続けた。

同社幹部は記者会見で、ルフトハンザが前日23日、事故機の通常保守点検を行ったことを明らかにした。

フランス民間航空総局(DGAC)報道官は、事故機から遭難信号の発信は無かったと説明した。

墜落現場は、スキーやハイキングなどで知られるアルプス地方で、救助隊の接近は容易でない。運輸関係の閣僚は地元メディアに、一帯は雪で覆われており、車両の進入はできないが、ヘリコプターの上空飛行は可能と話した。

ただ、地元気象機関の関係者は、現場は次第に雲に覆われ、嵐や降雪なども予想され、ヘリコプターでの捜索活動の妨げとなる可能性を指摘した。

現場はニース北方約100キロ。イタリア国境にも近い。フランスとドイツの事故調査官が現場に向かっている。
