ロボット「ペッパー」は時給1500円――。6月17日にソフトバンクから発表された人型ロボット「ペッパー」の時給が波紋を呼んでいる。

ロボット「ペッパー」は時給1500円――。6月17日にソフトバンクから発表された人型ロボット「ペッパー」の時給が波紋を呼んでいる。

ペッパーは、各種センサーを搭載して周囲の状況を把握。自分で判断して行動できるロボット。目の前の人間の表情や声から、感情を認識できるとしている。本体価格は19万8000円だが、ソフトバンクはこのペッパーを、ティッシュ配りや受付業務に従事するアルバイトとして貸し出す。レンタル料、ならぬ「時給」は1500円。

ちなみに、東京都の最低賃金は現在888円。全国で最低なのは鳥取、高知、長崎、熊本、大分、宮﨑、沖縄の677円だ。ペッパーの「時給」1500円へのTwitterユーザーの反応を集めた。
