アクリフーズ群馬工場の従業員66人が退職へ「先は暗い。退職は仕方ない」

製造した冷凍食品から農薬が検出される事件が起きた、マルハニチロホールディングスの子会社のアクリフーズ群馬工場(群馬県大泉町)の従業員、66人が今月末までに自己都合で退職する見込みだ。また、41人の従業員が処遇未定の状態だという。群馬労働局が27日、会社側からの聞き取り調査の結果を公表した。

退職予定の女性従業員の一人は同日、「食品会社がイメージ悪化につながる事件を起こしたら、先は暗い。退職は仕方ない」と朝日新聞の取材に答えた。会社側と複数回面談し、生産再開まで別会社に出向することなどを提示されたが断った。

群馬工場は操業を停止しているため、雇用継続のために、従業員にグループ会社への出向などを提示しているという。

労働局によると、2月1日時点の群馬工場の従業員は、正社員61人、契約社員189人の計250人。退職希望者の他は、工場で商品回収などを続ける従業員は27人、98人が在籍したまま別会社への出向、18人がマルハニチログループの別会社への異動を希望。41人の出向先は未定という。
