バイエルン・ミュンヘン会長を脱税罪で起訴 スイス口座に26億円隠す?

ドイツのミュンヘン地検は30日、サッカーのドイツ1部リーグ（ブンデスリーガ）の強豪バイエルン・ミュンヘンのウリ・ヘーネス会長(61)を脱税罪で起訴した。ミュンヘン地裁が今後、公判を開くかどうかを決定する。独シュピーゲル誌(電子版)によると、ヘーネス会長はスイスの銀行口座に長年にわたって約2千万ユーロ(約26億円)の資産を隠してきたとされる。ただ、多くは時効になっているという。

ヘーネス会長は、選手時代、バイエルン・ミュンヘンだけでなく、西ドイツ代表としても活躍し、2009年からクラブの会長を務めている。

バイエルンミュンヘンは、ガンバ大阪のミッドフィールダー、宇佐美貴史選手が、一時、所属したほか、昨シーズンにはドイツのクラブ史上初めて、ヨーロッパチャンピオンズリーグ、ドイツ1部リーグ、それにドイツカップの3冠を達成しており、事態の行方に高い関心が寄せられている。

ヘーネス会長が1月に税務当局に隠し口座を申告して問題が発覚した後、ドイツ国内では課税の公平を巡る議論が盛り上がっている。
