ビル・クリントン元大統領(現在68歳)は11月12日(米国時間)、ジョージ・W・ブッシュ前大統領(現在68歳)の新著『41』を読んでいる自身の写真をTwitterにアップした

写真には、こんなメッセージが添えられている。「#43(43代の大統領であるジョージ・W・ブッシュ氏のこと)から、#41についての本をいただいた。感動的なトリビュートだ! #HowAreYouSTILLNotOnTwitter(なんでまだTwitterやってないの) #PresidentialTweeters(ツイッタラーの大統領)」

『41』で描かれた父親のほうのブッシュ氏(現在90歳)は2013年12月からTwitterをやっているものの、息子のほうのブッシュ氏はどこにも見あたらない――Twitterでは、ということだが。

しかし、負けずぎらいの「43代」は、前任者の42代に完璧な球を返した。Instagramを使い、「#HowAreYouSTILLNotOnInstagram」(なんでまだInstagramやってないの)というハッシュタグつきで、ツイートを再投稿したのだ。
