FC2創業者の男に逮捕状 わいせつ動画を公開した容疑

インターネットサイト「FC2」のサービスで、わいせつ動画が中継された事件に絡んで、京都府警サイバー犯罪対策課などがFC2創業者の男(41)の逮捕状を取った。

インターネットサイト「FC2」のサービスで、わいせつ動画が中継された事件に絡んで、京都府警サイバー犯罪対策課などがFC2創業者の男(41)の逮捕状を取った。わいせつ電磁的記録媒体陳列の容疑が持たれていると8月20日、時事ドットコムなどが報じた。

男はアメリカ国籍を取得。長期間日本に戻っていないとされるが、出入国時に身柄を押さえられるよう「国際海空港手配」の手続きをしたという。

2013年6月、実弟で関連会社「ホームページシステム」(大阪市北区)元社長の高橋人文(39)、同社社長の足立真(40)両被告、FC2の会員で動画投稿者の50代の男らと共謀し、会員の男が撮影、投稿したわいせつな動画をインターネット上で公開した疑いがあるという。

■FC2とは?

FC2は1999年、アメリカのラスベガスで設立された 。無料ホームページやレンタルサーバーを皮切りに、ブログ、アクセス解析、チャット、動画などの一般ユーザー向けのサービスを幅広く展開している。

このうちFC2ライブや、動画サービスの「FC2動画」では、テレビ番組やわいせつな動画などの違法な投稿が相次いでいたが、運営会社がアメリカで登記されているため、日本の国内法が及ばない問題が指摘されていた。しかし、警察はアメリカにあるFC2はダミー会社であり、大阪市内にあるホームページシステム社がFC2の実質的な運営元であるとみて捜査。4月に元社長らを逮捕した
