滋賀県草津市の市立小学校で、男性臨時講師（25）が給食の時間に児童に心霊動画を見せていた。怖がって教室の外に出た児童が、別の教員に話して発覚したという。
草津市教委によると、男性講師は、5年生のクラスを担当。2月8日、給食中にノートパソコンを電子黒板につなぎ、YouTubeで公開された心霊動画を約5分間流した。心霊スポットとされる廃墟をめぐるテレビ番組で、幽霊のようなものが映っていたという。
怖がって教室の外に出た女子児童ら3人が、近くにいた別の教師に話してたことから発覚。男性講師は8日、児童に謝罪した。
男性講師は過去にも、給食中に人気テレビ番組などの動画を見せていた。今回、児童から「怖い動画を見たい」という要望があったため、その場で選んだ心霊動画を内容を確認せずに流したという。
男性講師は市教委の聞き取りに対し、「児童が見たいと言ったので、良かれと思って映した。内容を確認せず、配慮に欠けていた」と話しているという。
電子黒板は、授業など教育目的で使用するため、全クラスに配備されている。市教委は2月15日、ハフィントンポストの取材に対し、「あってはならないこと。教育ではなく娯楽の内容で、見る人がつらい思いをすることが推察できたので、判断が甘かった」と話した。今後は給食中など目的外で使わないよう、学校側に指導した。

If viewed from certain angles, glass on its own can act as a mirror. In the past this was used to create \'ghosts\' on stage. The ghost was actually an actor under the stage.
