[ジャカルタ 22日 ロイター] - インドネシア大統領選挙で勝利が確定したジョコ・ウィドド氏が、ロイターのインタビューに答え、就任後はインフラ整備の強化に関連し投資制度を簡素化し、規制緩和を進めるなどと強調した。

総選挙委員会は22日、9日のインドネシア大統領選について、ウィドド氏が当選したと発表。一方、約6%ポイント差で敗れたプラボウォ・スビアント候補は、結果について憲法裁判所に異議を申し立てる方針。

選管の結果発表まで報道しないとの条件で19日にインタビューに答えたウィドド氏は、「インドネシア経済を成長させる必要がある」と指摘。そのためには投資を拡大させ、インフラの観点から政策を進めなければいけないとの考えを示した。

また、営業許可に2年もかかるという投資家の不満を挙げ、「(この問題を)解決できれば、より迅速にインフラ整備が可能になる」と述べた。

ウィドド氏は、インドネシア大統領としては初の民間出身者。シンプルな政治手法や、ジャカルタ州知事として「お役所仕事」減らした実績などで有権者から支持を集めた。

新政権に関しては、「(閣僚が任務を遂行しなければ)代わりとなる人材はインドネシアにはたくさんいる。罷免して交代させる」と明言。ただ、これまで繰り返し選挙戦への支援とは無関係としてきた大臣の人選は、約2割の閣僚を支援政党から起用すると初めて明らかにした。

政策課題については、就任後すぐに移行チームを作り、重要課題について優先順位を付けると説明。年間予算の約5分の1を占め、貧困層より富裕層が恩恵を受けているとされる燃料補助金を見直し、農業や漁業などの生産活動に振り替える考えを示した。
