イスラム国がシリア北部で攻勢、トルコのクルド避難民10万人超に

イスラム教スンニ派の過激派組織「イスラム国」は２１日までに、トルコとの国境に近いシリア北部の町アインアルアラブ（クルド名、コバニ）や周辺の村を制圧した。 国連によると、トルコに越境したクルド人避難民の数は１０万人を超えた可能性があり、今後も増える見通しだ。

イスラム教スンニ派の過激派組織「イスラム国」は２１日までに、トルコとの国境に近いシリア北部の町アインアルアラブ（クルド名、コバニ）や周辺の村を制圧した。

国連によると、トルコに越境したクルド人避難民の数は１０万人を超えた可能性があり、今後も増える見通しだ。

コバニや周辺地域から逃れたクルド人住民によると、イスラム国は制圧した地域で住民を年齢問わず処刑し、隷属を強いているという。

２０日にコバニを訪れたトルコの親クルド政党ＨＤＰのイブラヒム・ビニチ氏はロイターに対し、「これは戦争というより大虐殺だ。彼ら（イスラム国）は村に押し入って１─２人の首を切断し、村人に見せつけている」と説明。「実に恥ずべき人道状況だ」と述べ、国際社会による介入を求めた。［シュリュジュ（トルコ）／ベイルート ２１日 ロイター］
