名古屋市で避難勧告 西日本で猛烈な雨 名古屋駅前では道路が水没

9月4日、岐阜県など東海地方を中心に猛烈な雨の降っている。台風17号から変わった低気圧の影響で、では「増水した川や崩れやすい急な斜面には近づかないように」と訴えている。

9月4日、愛知県や岐阜県では1時間に100ミリを超える猛烈な雨が降った。台風17号から変わった低気圧の影響だ。気象庁では「河川の増水やはん濫、低い土地の浸水に厳重に警戒」するように訴えた。

名古屋市は午後5時46分、同市北区を流れる堂前川の水位が上昇し、氾濫や堤防決壊の恐れがあるとして、北区の楠西小学校の学区内に2552世帯6171人に対し避難勧告を出した朝日新聞デジタルによると、同学区内には2552世帯6171人が住んでいる。

また午後5時10分には、浸水のおそれなどがあるとして、名古屋市内全域に、避難勧告の1段階前にあたる避難準備情報を発令。FNNニュースによると、避難準備情報とは、1人暮らしのお年寄りや体の不自由な人を、今のうちに避難させるよう呼びかけるもの。

北区の避難勧告は午後9時15分に、市内全域の避難準備情報は午後9時25分に解除された。

愛知県内でも各地で、土砂災害警戒情報が出た。
