オバマ大統領の来日で交通規制 数百メートルに及ぶ「国賓」の車列とは【画像・動画】

オバマ大統領が日本に滞在する4月23日〜25日に、警視庁は東京都内の高速道路や一般道で交通規制を実施する。大統領一行の車列が通過する時間帯に合わせて、一時通行止めとなる。

今回の来日におけるオバマ大統領車列の一行は、50台程度になるとみられている。通常、国賓は天皇陛下が乗る「御料車」を移動に利用するが、フジテレビの報道によると、アメリカ政府は大統領が乗るリムジンや警備車両、救急車、無線車などの車輌を自前で空輸。その数は30台以上を予定しており、前後を警備する警視庁のパトカーなどと合わせると、長さは数百メートルになるとみられる。

アメリカの雑誌「Atlantic」が公開したオバマ大統領の基本的な車列に関する分析によると、それぞれの車両の内容は概ね次のような並びになっているという。

1.先遣車:車列より約5分先を走り、ルートの安全を確認する。

2.先行車:先遣車と同様だが、車列より約1分先を走る。

3.先導車:車列を先行する。

4.大統領リムジン(スペア):他のVIPが乗車することもある。

この他、警視庁の警備車輌や、ホワイトハウスのスタッフ、議員スタッフが乗車する車輌などが加わる。なお警備上の都合により、上記の配列は随時変更される。
