前経産相の小渕優子氏の政治資金を巡る問題で、東京地検特捜部は10月30日、小渕氏の元秘書で問題の政治資金収支報告書を作成したとされる群馬県中之条町の折田謙一郎前町長の自宅などの家宅捜索に乗り出した。

前経産相の小渕優子氏の政治資金を巡る問題で東京地検特捜部は10月30日、小渕氏の元秘書で群馬県中之条町の折田謙一郎前町長の自宅などの家宅捜索に乗り出した。

「観劇会」の収支に大幅な食い違いがある問題などで、群馬県の市民団体が、政治資金規正法違反などの疑いがあるとして、小渕氏や、問題の政治資金収支報告書を作成したとされる折田氏などの告発状を東京地検特捜部に提出していた。47ニュースは、今回の家宅捜索を次のように報じている。

小渕優子前経済産業相の政治資金問題で、東京地検特捜部は30日、群馬県中之条町長を辞職した小渕氏の元秘書、折田謙一郎氏の自宅を家宅捜索した。小渕氏関連の政治資金収支報告書では不透明な会計処理が発覚しており、特捜部は実態解明に乗り出した。
