ペルー大統領選 クチンスキ氏が勝利宣言、フジモリ氏は態度保留 わずか0.24ポイント差

南米ペルーの大統領選の決選投票(6月5日投票)は9日、ペドロ・クチンスキ元首相(77)がアルベルト・フジモリ元大統領の長女ケイコ・フジモリ氏(41)を破り、勝利した。BBCなどが報じた。

共同通信が伝えた選挙管理委員会の発表によると、開票率100%でクチンスキ氏の得票率は50.12%、フジモリ氏は49.88%。その差はわずが0.24ポイント、約4万1000票差の大接戦だった。ただ選管は、疑問票の点検が終わるまで、最終確定結果を発表できないと説明している

開票率が100%になったことを受け、クチンスキ氏はリマ市内の選挙事務所で報道陣に「(浮動票が未集計の)暫定的な結果を落ち着いて受け止めている。フジモリ氏とは前向きに対話する意思がある」と控えめに述べたという。またクチンスキ氏は、Twitterで事実上の勝利宣言をした。また、現職のウマラ大統領のほか、周辺国の首脳からも電話で祝福が寄せられたことを紹介した。

「ありがとうペルー。未来に向けて共に働く時がきた」

対するフジモリ氏側は、選管とは別の審査機関が精査中の疑問票などの処理を含めた最終結果を待つとしている。今のところ会見などの予定はないという。日本時間10日午前9時現在、Twitterでも選挙結果に関する言及はない。

クチンスキー氏は世界銀行でエコノミストを務め、ペルーでは財務相やエネルギー相を歴任。経済通として知られる。ケイコ・フジモリ氏が、人権侵害罪で禁錮25年の刑に服している父親と同様に強権的な政治を行う恐れがあることをアピールし、「反フジモリ」票を取り込み、中間以上の所得層や高学歴の有権者らを中心に支持を集めた。
