A bill that requires law enforcement officers statewide to wear body cameras is expected to advance this week from the Senate panel it\'s been stuck in for weeks, after a witness video showing a white North Charleston officer shooting Scott in the back as he ran away quickly led to the officer being charged with murder. Senate Judiciary Chairman Larry Martin says the bill is now a top priority. (AP Photo/David Goldman) (credit:ASSOCIATED PRESS)
