安全保障の法制担当大臣を新設へ 安倍首相が表明【集団的自衛権】

安倍晋三首相は7月6日、集団的自衛権を使えるようにした閣議決定を踏まえた自衛隊法改正などの法整備について、「大きな改正になるので担当の大臣を置きたいと考えている」と述べた。安全保障法制を担当する閣僚を新たに置く考えを示した。

安倍晋三首相は7月6日、集団的自衛権を使えるようにした閣議決定を踏まえた自衛隊法改正などの法整備について、「大きな改正になるので担当の大臣を置きたいと考えている」と記者団に述べた。安全保障法制担当の閣僚を新設する考えを示した。朝日新聞デジタルなどが報じた。

また、首相は「グレーゾーンから集団的自衛権にかかわるものまで、幅広い法整備を一括して行っていきたい」とも説明。14日から衆参両院で予定されている集団的自衛権をめぐる集中審議については、「今回の閣議決定が国民の命と平和な暮らしを守るためにいかに有効で意義のあるものか、しっかりと丁寧に説明したい」と話した。

これに関連し、自民党の石破茂幹事長は同日出演したNHKの番組で「一つの国会できちんとした時間をかけ、ちぐはぐにならないようにきちんとやっていかないと、法制の整備としてはうまくない」と述べたという。

秋に召集が予定されている臨時国会に法案提出が間に合わない可能性を問われると「それは否定しない。夏休み返上できちんとやる」と述べるにとどめた。
