上海ディズニーランドのチケットは、3月28日に発売開始。初日のチケットは数時間で売り切れたほどの人気ぶりだが、6月17日〜9月までのチケットは、オンラインから購入することができる。ピークシーズンのチケットは大人499元（約8650円）、子供375元（約6500円）で、東京ディズニーランドより、やや割高となっている。
