8月22日午前0時45分ごろ、新千歳発羽田行きのスカイマークの旅客機が、新千歳空港に緊急着陸した。原因は、乗客が持ち込んでいたスマートフォンの充電バッテリーから煙が出たことだった。朝日新聞デジタルなどが報じた。乗客にけがはなかったが、乗務員2人が軽いやけどを負った。
NHKニュースによると、緊急着陸したのは、新千歳発羽田行きのスカイマーク732便。
離陸してまもなくの22日午前0時すぎ、乗客が座席下に置いたかばんに入れていたスマートフォンを充電する小型のバッテリーから煙が出たという。乗務員2人が消火器や水で消し止めようとしたところ、バッテリーの中身の液体が飛び散ったため、手などに軽いやけどを負ったという。

As we were nearing SFO above the clouds towards the end of the day, the sun cast a perfect warm glow over the wing, engine and sky. This was the perfect moment where everything just seemed to burst into light. Shot and processed on an iPhone 4S.
