スノーデン容疑者の暴露証言本、発売へ　日本も通信傍受の対象に

アメリカ政府による個人情報収集活動を暴露したアメリカ中央情報局(CIA)の元職員エドワード・スノーデン容疑者が入手した未公表の機密資料に基づいた本が今月、日本を含む世界各国で発売される。

アメリカ中央情報局(CIA)の元職員エドワード・スノーデン容疑者が入手した未公表の機密資料に基づいた本が、今月、日本を含む世界各国で出版される。

日本語版を発売する新潮社のウェブサイトによると、題名は「暴露―スノーデンが私に託したファイル―」。世界24か国で同時刊行され、日本版は5月14日に発売される。著者は、スノーデン容疑者からアメリカ国家安全保障局（ＮＳＡ）の内部文書を入手してイギリス紙ガーディアンで報じ、ピューリッツァー賞を受賞したジャーナリスト、グレン・グリーンウォルド氏だ。

この本には日本も通信傍受の対象になっていたことなどが書かれており、今後、波紋を呼ぶ可能性もある。NHKニュースなどが報じている。

平成22年9月10日の日付が記された資料は、NSAが通信を傍受していたとする各国の施設の一覧があり、日本の欄には、「NewYork」「UN」と書いてあり、ニューヨークにある日本政府の国連代表部が、ターゲットになっていることを示しているとみられます。

さらに諜報活動の手段として、「コンピューター画面の情報収集」などと記されていて、国連代表部のパソコンの画面の情報がそのまま傍受されていた可能性もあります。
