アマゾンの創業者ジェフ・ベゾス氏は無人航空機で商品をデリバリーするサービス構想をアメリカのテレビドキュメンタリー番組で明かしました。
CBSのドキュメンタリー番組「60ミニッツ」でジャーナリストのチャーリー・ローズとのインタビューに答えたアマゾン創業者でCEOのジェフ・ベゾス氏は、アマゾンでドローン（無人航空機）によるデリバリーサービス「ブライム・エアー」の開発を行っていることを明らかにしました。
ベゾス氏によると、プライムエアーは、お客が「buy」ボタンをクリックして30分以内に商品を届けられるようになるといいます。彼の「楽観的な」見通しが実現するのは、おそらく4〜5年後になると思われます。
