女優の常盤貴子（44）が4月5日に放送されたテレビ朝日系「徹子の部屋」に出演し、裸で男性と一緒に混浴温泉に入った経験を明かした。
司会の黒柳徹子から「男の人がいっぱい入っていた混浴に、じゃぶじゃぶ入っていったって？」と話を振られた常盤。「基本、混浴は全然平気で。温泉が好きなんです。オレゴン州なんですけど。私たちは文化的に裸になってお風呂に入るのは当然じゃないですか」と説明。現地の人に温泉への道を尋ねると「あそこは全部裸で入らないといけないから、あなたたち行かないほうがいい」と言われたものの、「でも、私たちは文化的に大丈夫だから、教えて」と答えたという。
混浴に到着すると、「本当に裸のおじい様たちがウヮーといて、こっち来い、こっち来い、みたいな感じでみんなが誘ってくださって。じゃあ、そっち行くねって」と順々に温泉客たちと交流して回ったという。
常盤は「ヤンヤヤンヤで。でもおじい様だったし、こっちも大丈夫だし、そっちも大丈夫だろうって。すごい楽しかったです」と振り返っていた。
