「たかの友梨」従業員ら、残業代支払い求め提訴

エステティックサロン「たかの友梨ビューティクリニック」が残業代を支払っていないとして、仙台店の20代の従業員と30代の元従業員の女性2人が29日、運営する「不二ビューティ」(東京)を相手取り、約2年分の残業代計約1千万円の支払いを求める訴訟を仙台地裁に起こした。

エステティックサロン「たかの友梨ビューティクリニック」が残業代を支払っていないとして、仙台店の20代の従業員と30代の元従業員の女性2人が29日、運営する「不二ビューティ」(東京)を相手取り、約2年分の残業代計約1千万円の支払いを求める訴訟を仙台地裁に起こした。

訴えによると、従業員は2007年、元従業員は09年からエステティシャンとして勤務。労働時間は平日と土曜が1日10時間、日曜と祝日は1日8時間と決められていた。法定の週40時間を超えることから、調整のため4日に1日程度、3時間早く終業にするなどのシフトを敷いていた。

しかし、施術を身につけるための「練習」や清掃、顧客の予約管理業務などでシフト通りに終わらないことが多かった。月80~100時間の残業が常態化していたにもかかわらず、残業代が支払われていない、としている。

不二ビューティは「専門家の指導のもと残業代について提示してきたが、回答が得られないまま提訴に至ったことは残念。今後、弁護士と対応を協議したい」としている。(桑原紀彦)
