台風27号、激しい雨のピークはいつ?

強い台風27号は九州の南の海上を北上している。今後は速度を上げながら、日本の南の海上を東寄りに進む見込み。関東には26日昼ごろ最も接近するとみられる。台風とその北側にある秋雨前線の影響で、四国などを西日本を中心に大雨となっている。東日本の広い範囲でも25日夜から雨が強まる恐れがあり、土砂災害などに警戒が必要だ。

気象庁によると、台風27号は10月25日正午には、沖縄県の南大東島の北北東240キロの海上を時速20キロで北東に進んでいる。中心気圧は965ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は30メートル。

台風27号の北側には九州南部から東海にかけて前線が伸び、暖かく湿った空気が流れ込んで活動が活発になっている。NHKによると、西日本では、降り始めからの雨量が600ミリに達し、平年の10月1カ月分の3倍を超えているところもあるという。

四国や九州の太平洋側では、今月22日の降り始めからの雨の量が400ミリから600ミリに達し、平年の10月1か月分の雨量の2倍から3倍になっているところがあります。

徳島県では土砂災害の危険性が非常に高くなっている地域があり、「土砂災害警戒情報」が発表されています。

東日本の太平洋側では、25日夜から26日の明け方にかけて非常に激しい雨が降り、関東や伊豆諸島では、26日未明から明け方にかけて局地的に猛烈な雨が降るおそれがあります。

台風26号で土石流の被害を受けた伊豆大島(東京尾大島町)では25日夜から雨が強まり、26日昼までに最大で250ミリの大雨が予想されている。大島町は25日午後3時、島内全域に避難勧告を出した。

■激しい雨が降るのはいつ?

台風27号は、日本列島の太平洋岸に沿って海上を進む見込みだが、大雨には注意が必要だ。

NHKの報道によると、雨が強まる時間帯は次の通り。また、気象予報士の増田雅昭さんや佐藤大介さん、片平敦さんらは次のように雨や風のピークを予想している。

気象庁によりますと、台風と前線の影響で1時間に30ミリ以上の激しい雨が降ると予想される時間帯は次の通りです。

四国では25日夕方にかけて。

近畿では25日夜遅くにかけて。

東海では26日明け方にかけて。

北陸では25日夜にかけて。

関東と伊豆諸島は25日夕方から26日の朝にかけてとなっています。
