[キエフ 28日 ロイター] - ウクライナのポロシェンコ大統領は28日、親ロシア派を支援するため、ロシア軍部隊がウクライナ領内に進入したとして激しく非難した。

大統領は対応策を協議するために召集した緊急の安全保障国防会議で「極めて困難な状況だが、管理可能だ」との認識を示した。

ウクライナによると、ロシア軍の支援を受けた親ロ派がアゾフ海沿岸の主要都市ノボアゾフスクを支配下に置いたほか、他の南東部の一部地域を制圧した。ロシア軍と親ロ派の攻撃が続いているという。

ウクライナ政府軍は東部ドネツクやルガンスクで親ロ派を追い詰めるなど、政府側に優位な展開になりつつあったが、今週に入って親ロ派が勢いを盛り返している。

また北大西洋条約機構(NATO)の軍当局者は、1000人以上のロシア軍兵士がウクライナ国内で活動しているとの見方を示した。親ロ派を支援するとともに、戦闘にも参加しているとした。

これに対し、ロシア国防省は、同国軍部隊がウクライナで活動中との情報は「デマ」として強く否定した。インタファクス通信が伝えた。

だが西側諸国の不信感は根強く、親ロ派への関与を否定し続けるロシアにしびれを切らせつつある。

米国務省のサキ報道官は、ロシア側の関与に対応するため、米国は複数の選択肢を検討中と述べ、対ロシア制裁の強化は「最も効果的で最善の手段」との認識を示した。

メルケル独首相も、週末30日の欧州連合(EU)首脳会議では対ロシア追加制裁の可能性について協議される見通しとしている。
