高倉麻子さん、佐々木則夫監督の後任に有力 澤穂希さんは?【なでしこジャパン】

サッカー女子のなでしこジャパンの佐々木則夫監督の後任について、日本サッカー協会は、現在、20歳以下の女子の代表を率いる高倉麻子監督を軸に調整を進めることが明らかになった。

サッカー女子日本代表「なでしこジャパン」の佐々木則夫監督(57)がリオデジャネイロ・オリンピックのアジア最終予選を最後に退任することになった。3月7日に予選敗退が決まり、日本サッカー協会の大仁邦弥会長が「これからについては新しい体制でスタートする」と話した。後任はU―20(20歳以下)女子日本代表の高倉麻子監督(47)が有力視されている。時事ドットコムなどが報じた。

佐々木監督は東京・帝京高から明大を経てNTT関東(現J1大宮)でプレー。2006年になでしこジャパンのコーチに就任し、07年12月に監督に昇格。08年北京五輪で4位となった。11年女子ワールドカップ(W杯)ドイツ大会で初優勝に導き、同年の女子チーム世界最優秀監督にも輝いた。

12年ロンドン五輪で銀メダルを獲得し、15年のW杯カナダ大会でも準優勝した。昨年10月にリオデジャネイロ五輪に向けて続投が決まっていた。佐々木監督は7日の記者会見で「まだ試合がある。しっかり戦える準備をするのみ」と話した。

高倉さんは福島県出身で、現役時代は女子日本代表として国際Aマッチ79試合、30得点を挙げている。指導者に転じた後は14年にU-17(17歳以下)女子ワールドカップで日本を初優勝に導いた実績を持つ

また、また日本サッカー協会の大仁会長の後任に就く田嶋幸三副会長は、2015年限りで現役引退した元日本代表主将、澤穂希さん(37)に協力を要請する考えを示した。

澤さんも前日6日に出演したNHKの番組で「また強いなでしこに戻れるように携わりたい」などと意欲を示しており、強化部門などで新監督を支える役目を果たす。
