先週のショッキングな出来事といえば、やはりフィギュアスケートのグランプリシリーズ中国杯大会の男子フリーの直前練習で羽生結弦選手と中国の閻涵（えんかん）選手の衝突でしょう。ハフィントンポストUS版でも大きな衝撃を持って報じられております。

collided
「衝突した」の意。crashedを使う人もいますが、厳密に言うとcrashは一つの動いている物体が静止している物体に衝突した場合に使い、collideは、二つの動いている物体同士が衝突した場合に使います。
warmups
「準備運動」の意。準備運動の中で複数の運動をするので、複数形を使います。
fall dazed
dazedで「放心状態」の意ですが、ここでは、「意識がもうろうとしながら」くらいの方が適切ではないかと思います。dazedの同義語としてstunnedを同じように使うことができます。
slammed into each other
slamで「激しく打つ」、「たたきつける」という意味があるので、ここでは、collideの同義語として使っています。
nasty cut
nastyは、「不快な」、「汚らわしい」、「意地の悪い」等の意味がありますが、nasty cutで「ひどい切り傷」という意味になります。
checked out
check outには、「（機械などを）点検する」という意味があることから、ここでは、「検査した」が適切でしょう。ちなみに、「健康診断」は、checkupです。

上海で行われていたフィギュアスケートの中国大会の準備運動中に、二人の選手が衝突して意識がもうろうとなりながら氷上に倒れた。
Ice Networkのビデオでわかるように、日本の羽生結弦選手と中国の閻涵選手は、 お互いのことが見えていなかったので、激しくぶつかり合った。羽生選手がやっと立ち上がった時、顎のひどい切り傷から血が首に流れているのが見えて、観客が驚きのあまり口を手で塞いだ。
羽生選手は、リンクから離れて検査を受けた後、再び準備運動を開始したが、もうろうとしているようだったとNBC放送が伝えた。
