子供が通う茨城県日立市の学校の校長らに「運動会をやり直せ」などと包丁を突き付けて脅したとして、同市内の夫婦が10月4日、県警日立署に暴力行為等処罰法違反の容疑で逮捕された。テレ朝newsなどが報じた。
日立市内に住む無職の50歳の夫と49歳の妻は2日夕方、子どもが通う学校の校長と教師を呼び出したうえ、包丁を突き付けて「運動会をやり直せ」と脅した疑いが持たれています。警察によりますと、男らは事件の前に子どもが運動会に参加できないことから「延期しろ」と学校に要求していました。当日、運動会が予定通り開かれたことから、校長らを自宅に呼び出して「やり直せ」などと脅したということです。

取り調べに対し、夫は「やっていない」と容疑を否認し、妻は容疑を認めているという。
産経ニュースは「同署は動機を調べているが、何らかの理由で子供が2日の運動会に出られないため、『延期しろ』と要求したが、聞き入れられなかったことから、『もう1回やれ』と脅迫した可能性があるという」と伝えた。
