「アマトリチャーナ」食べてイタリアの被災地を救おう 日本にも波及

パスタを食べてイタリアの被災地を支援する動きが日本でも広がっている。

パスタを食べてイタリアの被災地を支援する動きが日本でも広がっている。

8月24日のイタリア中部地震最大の被災地となったアマトリーチェは、パスタ料理「アマトリチャーナ」発祥の地として有名だ。朝日新聞デジタルによると、豚ほお肉の塩漬けと、羊のチーズを使ったトマトベースのパスタで、首都ローマでも名物料理となっている。

支援活動は、フードブロガーのパオロ・カンパーナさんが発案。レストランでアマトリチャーナを食べた際に、客と店側がそれぞれ1ユーロ(約113円)ずつ寄付する企画を提案。時事ドットコムによると、26日までにイタリア国内のレストラン約700店以上が賛同したという。

■日本ではどんなレストランがやっている?

この動きが日本にも波及。各地のワインバーやイタリアンレストランで、アマトリチャーナの売上をイタリアに寄付することになった。

27日時点で確認できるのは、東京では、千駄木の「お気楽イタリアンtono 4122」。中野の「 イルフォルネッロ 」。大森の「ワイン場CataCata」。自由が丘の「ナポリハウス」。広尾の「クリオーゾ」。上板橋の「あづまニカイ」。茗荷谷 の「タンタローバ」。白金高輪の「トラットリアセレーナ」など。

東京以外では、横浜市の「ラトリエ1959」。千葉県習志野市の「イタリアンバル きむらさん家」。静岡市の「オステリア ティアロカ」。愛媛県東温市の「Locanda del cuore」。長崎県西浜町の「サポーリ ディ アマルフィ」など。企画に賛同する店舗はどんどん増えているので、#アマトリチャーナのハッシュタグで探してみてはいかが。
