中国「最悪レベル」の大気汚染、全国的に深刻化

経済成長とともに大気汚染問題を抱えている中国で29日、各地で大気汚染指数が最悪レベルとなる「深刻な汚染」が観測された。

経済成長とともに大気汚染問題を抱えている中国で9月29日、各地で大気汚染指数が最悪レベルとなる「深刻な汚染」が観測された。MSN産経ニュースが報じている。

北京市では、車の排ガスなどに含まれる微小粒子状物質「PM2・5」の濃度が、6段階の基準で最悪レベルに。大気汚染が観測された日数が14日に達し、例年に比べて10日以上も増えたことを中国気象局が明らかにした。北京市のほか、河北省や、江蘇省や河南省など広い範囲で大気汚染が深刻化しているという。

中国では、10月1日から国慶節(大型連休)が控えているが、この大気汚染は、今後30日も続くと予想されている。専門家によれば、北京では夏から秋の季節の変わり目に汚染が始まり、さらに冬にかけて汚染の日数が増えるという。

NHKニュースによれば、視界不良となった高速道路が閉鎖されるなど、市民生活にも影響が出ているという。北京市は、外出をねるべく控えマスクを着用することや、大気汚染の原因となる自転車の地用を自粛するよう市民に呼びかけている。

中国政府は今月12日、石炭利用の削減や古い型の自動車の使用禁止、ガソリンの品質向上などの対策を進め、2017年までに大気汚染物質の濃度を10%以上下げる行動計画を発表している
