中国山西省の省都太原市の共産党省委員会のビル前で複数回の爆発が起き、少なくとも1人が死亡、8人が重軽傷を負った。ビル前に止まっていた車両などが爆発した模様で、手製の爆弾を使ったテロの可能性がある。
