中国・北京で再び「最悪レベル」の深刻な大気汚染が発生、交通機関やスポーツイベントにも影響

深刻な大気汚染が続く中国では、10月6日にも北京市周辺で「最悪レベル」の大気汚染が記録され、中国気象局では第一次警戒警報を発令、濃いもやが発生して北京-上海間の高速道路が通行止めとなるなど、交通機関にも大きな影響が出たと新華社通信が伝えている。

深刻な大気汚染が続く中国では、10月6日にも北京市周辺で「最悪レベル」の大気汚染が記録され、中国気象局では第一次警戒警報を発令、濃いもやが発生して北京-上海間の高速道路が通行止めとなるなど、交通機関にも大きな影響が出たと新華社通信が伝えている。

NHKニュースでは、次のように伝えている。

北京では6日、車の排気ガスなどに含まれる大気汚染物質、PM2.5の平均濃度が、市内の35の観測地点すべてで基準値を上回り、多くの場所で、大気汚染の度合いを示す基準が6段階で最悪の「厳重汚染」を記録しました。

中国では9月29日にも深刻な大気汚染が発生、PM2・5の濃度が6段階の基準で最悪レベルに達した。中国は10月1日から建国記念日にあたる国慶節で長期休暇に入っているが、大気汚染は長期休暇が終わる7日まで続くとみられる。

MSN産経ニュースでは、中国の大気汚染の様子について次のように伝えている。

地上74階建て、高さ330メートルで北京市内で最も高い中国国際貿易センター(国貿三期)は6日朝、高層部が完全にスモッグに覆い隠されていた。30分も外を歩けば、めまいや息苦しさを覚えるほどだ。

交通機関だけではなく、北京で行われていたスポーツ大会にも影響が出ている。アメリカの新聞USAトゥデーは、北京で開催されていた女子プロゴルフツアー、レインウッドLPGAクラシックマスクを付けてプレーする選手が続出、テニスの中国オープントーナメントに参加したスウェーデンのロバート・リンステッド選手は、自身のブログで不満を述べたと伝えている。
