ドイツの集団性的暴行、極右の抗議デモが暴徒化 難民規制は強化へ(画像)

PEGIDAのデモ参加者は、花火やガラス瓶を投げるなど暴徒化したため、警察によって早々と解散させられ、4人が拘束された。

難民とみられる集団から性的暴行を受けたと申告する女性が相次ぎ、社会問題になっているドイツ・ケルンで1月9日、女性の権利向上を求める人々や極右のデモ、それに対抗する反差別のカウンターデモがあった。

2015年に約110万人の難民が押し寄せたドイツ社会では、事件で難民に対する厳しい視線が高まっており、メルケル首相は難民申請者への規制強化案を発表した。

AP通信によると、極右の反イスラム団体「西欧のイスラム化に反対する欧州愛国主義者」(ペギーダ、PEGIDA)が1700人、それに対抗する1300人が、ケルン中央駅前付近に集まった。

PEGIDAのメンバーは「強姦難民は歓迎しない」「野蛮人との統合?」といったプラカードを掲げた。カウンターデモの人々は「難民ようこそ」というスローガンを押し出して対抗した。

警察によると、PEGIDAのデモ参加者は、花火やガラス瓶を投げるなど暴徒化したため、警察によって早々と解散させられ、4人が拘束された。けが人は現時点で報告されていない。

ケルンの新年イベントで起きたとされる集団性暴行事件は現在も捜査中だが、このニュースで、ドイツでは難民入国のより厳しい法規制を求める声が強まっている。特定された容疑者32人のうち22人が難民申請者で、女性の被害は379件に上った

メルケル首相は9日、与党・ドイツキリスト教民主同盟(CDU)で、難民申請の厳格化に乗り出すと明らかにした。

メルケル氏によると、連立与党の協議を経て、議会の承認を求める考え。軽微な犯罪で有罪となった場合、「度重なる犯罪者」を強制送還するという。

「ドイツの一般市民だけでなく、ドイツにいる大多数の難民の利益にもかなうことだ」と述べる一方、「私たちは面倒を見る」という、自身の難民政策の理念を強調した。

メルケル氏は事件を「ドイツ人は受け入れない、許されない犯罪」と非難したが、事件は、メルケル氏の寛容な難民政策に反発し、難民受け入れ数を制限したい人々にとって、格好の材料を与える構図になっている。
