クール便、配達時も常温 繁忙期に多発か ヤマト運輸

「クール宅急便」の荷物を常温で仕分けていた問題が発覚した宅配便最大手のヤマト運輸で、配達でも社内規定を逸脱した温度管理で荷物の温度が上がっていたことが、約20人のヤマト現・元従業員の証言でわかった。同社は仕分けや配達の手順を全面的に見直し、11月末までに対策を講じる。

証言が多かったのは、中元や歳暮の時期に配送車に備え付けた冷蔵・冷凍庫にクールの荷物が入りきらず、常温のまま届け先に運んでいたという内容だ。

東京都内の営業所のドライバーは「昨年の歳暮時期、ハムの箱が冷蔵庫に入らず、常温で運んだ」と話した。昨年までヤマトのドライバーだった30代男性も「冷凍ギョーザが冷凍庫に入らずに溶けて苦情を言われた。繁忙期に荷物が入りきらないのは日常茶飯事だった」と振り返る。
