私たちは胸を張って、愛と思いやりという共通の目標で結ばれた、新しい家族とともに立ち上がります。

フランス・パリの同時多発テロで、バタクラン劇場での演奏中に襲われたアメリカのロックバンド「イーグルス・オブ・デス・メタル」が11月18日(現地時間)、Facebookページでメッセージを発表した。

バンドは無事に帰国しましたが、まだ恐怖は消えておらず、フランスで起きたことも完全には受け入れられていません。私たちの心は、(犠牲になった)兄弟ともいえる(商品販売担当の)ニック・アレクサンダー、レコード会社の仲間トーマス・アヤド、マリー・モッサー、マヌ・ペレス、そしてパリで命を奪われた多くの友人、ファン、そしてその友人や家族、愛する人々とともにあります。

犠牲になった方々やファン、家族、パリの市民、そしてテロに巻き込まれたすべての人々と、今は悲しみで結ばれていますが、私たちは胸を張って、愛と思いやりという共通の目標で結ばれた、新しい家族とともに立ち上がります。
