［ベルリン ２７日 ロイター］ - 格安航空会社ジャーマンウィングスの墜落事故で、ドイツ検察当局は２７日、故意に機体を墜落させたとみられている副操縦士が会社に対して病気を隠していたことを示す証拠が見つかったと発表した。病気は特定されていない。
デュッセルドルフの検察当局は、アンドレアス・ルビッツ副操縦士（２７）について、「診察内容が記載された書類を押収しており、そこには病気の存在と医師による治療について示されている」と明らかにした。
「同氏が働くことができないとする事件当日も含めた最近の病気の診断書が細かく破られた状態で見つかっており、初期捜査に基づくと、故人が会社や会社の同僚から病気を隠していたという説を裏付けている」とした。
検察当局によると、書類はルビッツ氏のデュッセルドルフの自宅や独西部モンタバウアの実家の家宅捜索で見つかった。
