いつの間にか日本でもポピュラーな仮装イベントになったハロウィン。
土曜日となった10月29日から30日未明、東京・渋谷は思い思いの仮装をした大勢の人々が集まり、お祭り騒ぎに。NHKニュースによると、警視庁は機動隊を出動させ、「DJポリス」（機動隊広報班）など数百人態勢で警戒した。29日午後4時30分からは約4時間、渋谷駅付近の一部の車道を通行止めにして歩行者天国にした。
