女性雑誌「小悪魔ageha」などを出版するインフォレスト(東京都千代田区)が、4月15日付けで事業停止したことが分かった。負債総額は約30億円。

女性雑誌「小悪魔ageha」などを出版するインフォレスト(東京都千代田区)が、4月15日付けで事業停止したことが分かった。負債総額は約30億円。

同社は男性向けグラビア誌「でらペッピン」などで知られていた英知出版が母体。同社の会社分割に伴い、一般雑誌の発行を引き継ぐ形で2002年6月に設立。2006年に創刊した「小悪魔ageha」がギャル層の人気を集めたほか、コンピューター関連誌「おとなのWindows」なども発刊していた。

信用調査会社の帝国データバンクは4月16日、以下のように発表している。

「小悪魔ageha」をはじめ既存雑誌の売り上げが頭打ちとなっていたほか収益確保のため雑誌の廃刊を進めたことや景気低迷下で広告収入も減少、2010年3月期の年売上高は約68億300万円に落ち込んでいた。また、同時期に親会社が変更されてからは、代表者の交代や本社不動産の売却、従業員の削減などリストラを進める一方、組織再編を進め経営の効率化を図っていた。しかし、その後も売り上げの減少が続き2012年3月期は年売上高約43億7900万円にダウン、資金繰りも厳しさを増していたことで信用が低下。ここにきて資金繰りが限界となり、今回の事態となった。
